Washed up or clean Slate

Tito Ortiz, is his return to the MMA world ( Strike Force ) with or without merit, is he washed up or is this a clean Slate for the former UFC champ.

    Tito Ortiz in my opinion is washed up I think his hay day is long gone, especially after back surgery, even before that I think he's way past his prime, although he may do well in some refresher matches.
